December Journal

In December as a recap the main decisions regarding our titles sequence were made. We had to create a concept for a full-length feature film with no limitations in terms of budget and stars. As a group of strong opinions we had several different ideas we had the following concepts

· Horror Film

· Kids Style film

· War film

· Action Film

The decision as what we were going to do caused some conflict as some members had strong causes for their film concept to be made. Eventually as a group we decided to create a film based around the cold war and Russia and America. We then in the following lessons proceeded to create a film idea involving this topic. We pitched our film in lesson and received some positive feedback and lots of ideas, which helped us finalise the idea for our film.

We decided as a group and because of the lack of time we had we would finalise the plot for our title sequence so we could start filming straight after half term and storyboarding. After finalising the story we decided that the typography of the sequence of having two languages incorporated into our sequence would be good to show both sides of America and Russia which are shown in out film
