Film Pitch lesson

This is our film pitch we presented in front of the class, this was also filmed the video of the pitch will be up on the blog shortly

We decided to pitch as a team instead of only one member presenting out pitch, we read out two slides each and explained to the class about our films concept and its real meaning and we received some positive feedback. The idea of this task was that we could not design a title sequence with knowing a complete film pitch, which we could shape our title sequence around. We had a number of questions we needed to address in our film these were

• What our films about
• The inspiration we have had behind our film
• What genre our film would come under
• The target audience (primary, secondary) our film will be aimed at
• The release date of our film
• Regard issue of the films budget and profit
• The stars of our film, why these have been chosen
• Who we want to direct our film
• What’s the films subtext?
• What production studio we want to make our film

Upon receiving feedback from sir and the class we realized that we had met all specifications to the task and that our film sounded interesting.
